Meltblown polypropylene

The polypropylene meltblown material of our company is a high-flow PP meltblown material specially used for the production of mask layer meltblown cloth. This product is specially selected from imported additives. Spinning grade polypropylene is produced by a special process. The product has stable fluidity, narrow molecular weight distribution, low ash content, low volatility, and low odor. The M-layer meltblown fabric of the mask made with this product has excellent filterability, and the charge lasts longer after the electret. It meets the national standard GB / T30923-2014 and fully meets the standards of the core layer of the protective mask.

Scope Of Application

Mainly used in the production of masks and protective wear-blown non-woven fabrics. Widely used in high temperature disinfection non-woven materials, sanitary materials, filter materials, thermal insulation materials, oil-absorbing materials, battery separators and other fields.

Storage Conditions

Store in a cool, ventilated warehouse isolated from the ground using pallets. Keep away from fire and heat, and avoid direct sunlight.
