White crystal or aqueous solution,easy absorption of moisture.It’s phosphate and phosphine oxide gases in the air of 180-200℃, easily soluble in water, strong reductant.Will be red phosphorus when rapid heating. It is mainly used for raw material of the manufacture for phosphite and plastic stabilizers,synthetic fibers and organophosphorus pesticide, water treatment medicinal preparation of ATMP.
